Engadine Inn and Cabins, Asheville's Country Retreat, is a 12-acre property conveniently located 15 minutes west of the urban center of the City and one-half mile from Exit 37 on I-40.
The features and benefits of our property include...
***Lodging- The ability to accommodate up to 35 overnight guests in our 5 inn rooms and 6 mountain cabins.
***Event Venues- The ability to host groups if up to 100 guests for a ceremony and a seated food and beverage function (150 for a reception).
About our event spaces…
~Located in the Inn, our indoor spaces can accommodate up to 30 guests in the combination of our parlor, dining room and foyer.
~Two outdoor, open air event venues serve as the primary spaces for hosting larger group events. Both spaces have spectacular views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.
->“Honey Hill” is a 6,500 square foot (100’x65’) west facing grassy meadow that is perfect for a sunset ceremony and an “under the stars” post ceremony reception/dinner celebration.
->The nearby “Vineyard Overlook” space is a 4,000 square foot (80’x40’) north facing grassy knoll that is outfitted with a permanent/seasonal 1,500 square foot (50’x30’) tent that can be used as covered back up space for Honey Hill events or as a separate space for another event.
Planning Your Event
We consider Engadine a “DIY” (do it yourself!) venue where we make our entire property available to you and your planning team where you have full access to its facilities for up to 48 hours. Here, you are virtually free to plan and execute your event without having to compete for space or resources with another event. Our package includes all of our lodging (5 rooms in the inn and 6 mountain cabins, accommodating up to 35 overnight guests) and both event venues.
When it comes to planning, we are happy to suggest experienced local vendors and suppliers to help with creating your wedding or event…wedding consultants, florists, decorators, entertainers, caterers, photographers, etc. If you would prefer to identify and use partners of your own choosing, however, we will be happy to work with them so long as they meet a few simple but important requirements.
The following prices include a full buyout of Engadine (all inn rooms, cabins and venues) for a 48-hour period during which time you will have full access to the entire property for your exclusive use. Please see our event planning guidelines for additional information.
Standard Wedding Season Pricing:
(March through September)
*Weekends (Friday and Saturday nights)- $10,000
*Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday)- $8,500
Peak “Leaf Season” Pricing:
(October through November 15)
*Weekends (Friday and Saturday nights)- $15,000
*Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday)- $12,500
Prices for winter season weddings and events are quoted by request.
